1- Registration of data and the process of booking vehicles through a rental application is an acceptance of all terms and conditions.

2- The Taajeer application is an intermediary for displaying the cars of the car rental offices in the countries in which it operates.

3- Each office in these countries has general and special conditions that are presented to the renter and the service applicant through the agreement contracts during the delivery of the car.

4- The names of the offices participating with us appear, and you are free to choose the available cars.

5- The rental application does not bear the responsibility in the event of any problem that occurs between the rental office and the tenant. 

6- The car delivery service is available at all the offices that we deal with. As for the pick-up service (car return), this is due to the nature of each office separately, and this is mentioned in the car details box.

7- In the event that the reservation is canceled as indicated in the car reservation box after paying the amount; The application policy obliges the customer to pay the value of the electronic payment commission, with the return of the full amount to the customer within a maximum period of 14 days by sending a message via email and clarifying the problem, if any.
